The nervous system is directly linked to the optimal functioning of the body and if you cannot regulate your nervous system, i.e. you are stuck in fight or flight mode all the time, on the go, saying yes when you mean no, burning the candle at both ends, etc., you’re promoting dis-ease in your body.

Here’s What’s Happening for Client LS: She came to me struggling with her healing journey, she was doing all the right things but wasn’t seeing the healing she wanted.
